Size Matters

Penis size is very important to men and their self-esteem suffers greatly when they feel as though they are inadequate.  As a result of this, they can spend hundreds of dollars at a time on pills and gadgets that promise results quickly and permanently.  It is costly and they do not really guarantee to produce results—not to mention the possible side effects of taking pills and other substances!

Fortunately for men, there are other means to achieving a penis that is longer and that has more girth.  Though the results are not as quick as others, they are safe and they do not cost anything but a few minutes of time and commitment.

Penis exercises are simpler and safer to do.  They do not cost anything but the results can be seen so long as the commitment to doing the exercises is there.  There are those that focus on the length of the penis—so basically they are more of pulling motions to slowly lengthen and stretch the penis; and there are those that focus on adding more girth to the penis so it helps the penis become more engorged with blood.

One simple exercise to improve both the length and the girth of the penis is to milk the penis when it is fully erect.  This trains the penis to stretch and become more engorged.  It is important though to be gentle with the organ and not milk it too roughly or too tightly.  Being a sensitive area, this would not only be painful but may cause tearing and damage.

The principle of milking is to move more blood from the base of the penis through the shaft up to the head.  Since the penis is made up of tissues, routinely doing this exercise will stretch and lengthen the tissues resulting in a bigger penis.
